It's great to see you in the Community space, @NBaker2000. I'm here to share a way to upload your trip to the program.

The option to import MileIQ trips in QBSE is currently unavailable. That's why you're unable to upload your miles to the program. Not to worry, we can get your data from MileIQ via a CSV file to achieve this.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed on a web browser.
  2. Go to the Miles menu.
  3. Select the Add Trip ▼ dropdown. Then select Import MileIQ trips.
  4. Follow the onscreen steps to get your mileage from Mile IQ. If you already have your mileage in a CSV file, select Browse and upload the CSV.

After that, let's categorize the imported trips by following the steps below:

  1. Go back to the Miles menu.
  2. Review the trips you downloaded.
  3. Mark the trips you downloaded as Business or Personal.

You may also consider adding your trip manually. To proceed, check out these procedures:

  1. Go to the Profile icon and click Imports.
  2. Select Import transactions.
  3. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
  4. Then select Import.

See this reference for a complete guide: Manually track mileage in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Additionally, the materials below will help you manage transactions in the program:
