Unable to view my employee payroll
Hi
Im an employee whose employer uses QuickBooks payroll.
Up until recently I was able to sign in and view my payslip’s.
Now when signing in all I get is a page saying my employer is not connected to quickbooks payroll. Contact your employer for access etc.
Ive raised this issue with my employer and they sent a new invite to view my payroll.
Upon clicking on the link in the invite it then told me it was time to update my password which I did.
And then at sign in the exact same message appears of your employer is not connected etc.
Can anyone help with a suggestion as to what myself or my employer should do to remedy this?
