Why do only some employees' payrolls show on the Unbilled costs by job report and not all the employees that work on the same job even though their payroll is coded to the same job?

Hello there, @Exposed.

I'm here to help share insights about employees that showing in the Unbilled cost report.

Some employees aren't showing in the "Unbilled Costs by Job" report in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), ensure that the transaction dates of the payroll entries fall within the date range you have selected for the "Unbilled Costs by Job" report. If the payroll transactions are outside the selected date range, they won't appear on the report. You may also check that the transaction has not created an invoice and verify the information entered.

Lastly, make sure that the transaction dates of the payroll entries fall within the date range you have selected for the "Unbilled Costs by Job" report. If the payroll transactions are outside the selected date range, they won't appear on the report.
