unique names of unpaid time off policy not showing up on Time APP as a choice.

I can create and have different names for many unpaid time off policies. But the names of the unpaid time off policies are not a choice on the T sheet app. 

I want the employee to be able to request time off by the name of the unique unpaid off time policy that I created,.  but it seems the only choice  the employee can sees is  the generic unpaid time off, and not any of the unique unpaid policies that I created. 

 

I want the employee to be able to request unpaid timeoff by the name of the unpaid off time policy.

Let me share information about the unique names of your unpaid time off policy that are not showing up on your Time APP as a choice.

 

It could be one of the common sync issues in the app where changes do not immediately transfer to your app. These may be some of the reasons:

 

  • The app or the device operating system is out of date
  • You are clocked in on a computer or kiosk (you can only be clocked in on one device)
  • No data or Wi-Fi signal
  • The device is off, or the battery died
  • You are in a location with satellite interference
  • Your device is damaged

 

To troubleshoot this, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Make sure your device settings are correct. 
  2. Check if any of the other listed issues apply to you.
  3. You can force a sync to determine if your Workforce app is syncing properly now.
    1. Go to More, select Settings,  Help & Support, and choose Sync Data. 
  4. If you’re still having issues, continue troubleshooting the sync issues below.

I just spent the last 45 mins on the phone with support and apparently it's not possible.  It will always show as unpaid time off despite whatever unique name you give it.  The naming totally defeats the purpose of identification by name.  And now the employee is forced to see unpaid time off in their list of time off requests.  I think QB needs to fix the this issue.
