Question

Update the "payroll principal officer information" via "Payroll settings" (see attached screenshot).

When I click the link circled in the attached screenshot, nothing happens. "Edit" doesn't give the options I need either. Tried contacting support multiple times, clearing the cache & cookies, Chrome and Edge browsers... Would GREATLY appreciate help.

Going back and forth is never easy when updating payroll principal officer information, @CCRCTreasurer. I'd like to provide some information about the issue.

 

It appears that the problem with managing principal officer payroll information in QuickBooks Online is still being investigated. Rest assured, that our product engineers are aware of it and are prioritizing/investigating it. 

 

Although the problem is being actively reviewed, we do not currently have an ETA for resolution. We advise contacting our Payroll Support staff. They can then include your account on the list of users who are impacted by this. Additionally, you'll receive an email alert concerning case updates.
