Updating Payroll Account Information in QB Desktop Payroll
I received an e-mail stating t update my Payroll Account Information. and it provided the following instructions: "You'll need to enter any missing information for each company (each FEIN). To do this, simply access the Payroll Account Info banner that appears in any of these locations in QuickBooks: 1. The Payroll Center – From the menu, go to Employees > Payroll Center 2. The QuickBooks Desktop home page 3. Create Paychecks - From the menu, go to Employees > Pay Employees When I land on the page noted, there is no Payroll Account Info "banner" shown on the page. I have clicked on the link to "Manage Account" and logged into my Intuit account. The account information is listed, but there is no link or option to update this information. E-mail states this information needs to be updated by August 31, 2021 I have updated QB, all modules as described in other online articles I have read.
