Upgrade to QB Payroll Core

I was persuaded by a wonderful rep to upgrade to the new QB Payroll Core.  What a disaster this has been.  I signed up in the middle of June.  None of my prior payroll data was integrated.  I was told it would be 30-60 days.  It's the end of November and that still hasn't been done.  How am I going to issue W2s at the end of the  year?

I've spent HOURS on the phone with support with no success. 

Also, they filed the 2nd Qtr 941 with only the 2 weeks of data in their system.  They told me that was resolved.

Yesterday, I received a check from the US Treasury for $15,000 because they think I over paid my taxes.

Who can I contact/complain to in order to get this resolved? 

I am past disgusted, and if our current  payroll wasn't in such a mess, I would cancel this Payroll service.

HELP!!!

I hear you and completely understand that the prior payroll data should have been integrated into your QuickBooks Payroll Core account, WandaH.

The issue has finally gotten some attention.  Thank you so much!

I had a call from a representative and we agreed that transferring my data back to the old system would be the best option.  Otherwise, I would lose all our prior years' info.

As for the IRS issue -- I guess we'll see about that later.  We did discuss it.

Again, thank you for getting my issues up the chain to get a resolution.

I'll update on how things go!
