vacation time accruals settings
Question: If the employee started on May 15th, and has a 90 day probation period, do I set the accrual to start on 8/15 and add a one time allotment on 8/15 for the previous 3 months? Or do I start accruals on 9/15? I have settings set to accrue every pay period which is on the 15th of every month. Just don't want to double up for the 7/15-8/15 pay period. For example they accrue 13.334 hours per pay period. I will add 40 hours one time on 8/15 for the probationary period. Do I set accruals to start on 8/15 or the next pay period on 9/15?
