Verify bank account for payroll

I updated the bank account under "setting"-"payroll setting" yesterday, i should look for 2 small deposit in my bank, and then come back to quickbooks to verify. but i didnt recieve small deposits so far, can you check the status for me? Did Quickbooks send the deposits yet?

Allow me to help share some information regarding verifying the two small deposits in QuickBooks Online, sunny-he-nautica.

 

Once you set up your bank account for payroll, you'll need to wait 2-3 business days for the two small debits taken from your account as a test transaction.

 

The charge will appear on the bank statement either "QuickBooks: Verify Bank" or "Intuit: Verify Bank". I'd suggest logging into your online banking or bank's website to check for those debits and follow the steps below to verify them in QuickBooks:

 

  1. Click Payroll and choose Employees.
  2. Select Finish payroll tasks on the main Employees page.
  3. Tap the Verify the test deposit now.
  4. Enter the test transaction amount in both boxes (less than $1.00). Enter the pennies only, without a dollar sign or decimal point. 
  5. Hit OK.
