How do I view and print my own W2 in my Company Quickbooks?

I have Intuit quickbooks Payroll Enhanced.

I'm happy to assist with this, @hiline1.

Since you're using the Enhanced Payroll version, you can view your employees' W-2's anytime as well as view your own. Here's how:

Select the Taxes & Forms tab.
Under Forms, select the Annual Forms link.
From here you can select to view or print both employer and employee copies of your W-2s and W-3. Employer Copies: Form W-2 (W-2, Copies A & D), Transmittal of Wage and Tax Statements (W-3), Employee Copies: Form W-2 (W-2, Copies B, C & 2).
Select the View button.
