As my colleague mentioned, you'll need first to make sure to remove any entries related to the person because eliminating the employee directly is currently unavailable. You can then remove the employee's profile on your end after the process.

They're the best support group for such inquiries as they can request account information. This allows them to access your account and investigate why you can't delete employees in the application.

2. From the search icon, type Contact Support.
