Question

W-2's got sent out with my email address as the company name. Anyone else?

My W-2's got sent out with my email address as the company name.  I called mid January and was told as long as I have an open case they will not be sent.  Finally I received my W-2 in the mail yesterday and it was incorrect.  Now they tell me that I have to file corrected W-2's! 

 

I was wondering if anyone else has has this problem.

I checked on my end and couldn't find any with the same issue.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live agent.
  4. Enter your concern.
  5. Click the Green Phone button to get the phone number.
