W-2s NOT Visible (W2s on Auto Filling but Settings are On Print Myself )

Since you've enabled the automated feature for handling taxes and necessary forms, you should be able to access, view, and print your W-2 forms beginning January 15.

However, if W-2 forms are not accessible until the specified date, I suggest contacting our Live Support Team for assistance. They have the required tools and resources to determine the reasons behind the unavailability of your employee W-2s. They can also generate W-2 forms for you, allowing you to print and send them to your employees via mail.

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Go to the Help icon on the upper part of the page.
3. In the Search tab, enter Contact Us and click on it.
4. Choose how to connect with our support:

• Via Callback, where they save you a spot and call you back
• Via Chat, to start a chatting session with our support

Once your W-2 forms are ready, you can now print and send copies to your employees, ensuring they have their necessary documentation for tax reporting purposes.
