W3s are not archived per what I see in QB Online Payroll. We were forcibly moved to this from Intuit online payroll during 1Q this year, what do you see as next steps?

Moving Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) data to  QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP).  If the data is still in IOP after moving them to QBO payroll, I'd suggest contacting our payroll support team. This way, they can help you archived the form in QuickBooks.The available periods only extend back for one or two years.

Make sure to check our hours of operation, so you’ll know when agents are available. Then follow these steps you reach out to our support:
 

1. On the QB Assistant window, type Talk to a human.
2. Select or type, I still need a human.
3. Type it again until you see a shortcut to connect with my human option.
4. Click the Contact us link and select Get a callback.
