Customer made a payment an it say almost there but I haven't recieved it in my account yet

The momentum of deposits depends on the product you're using and the payment type. The Standard Deposits operates every day except for Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas, while Instant Deposits process every year with no exceptions. To know about the deposit speed for your product, here's how:

 

  1. In Settings, select Account and Settings.
  2. Click the Payments tab and review the Deposit Speed section. 

 

If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, please note that the first set of payments will be deposited within five business days. However, the deposits may take longer while we set up your account. Once the setup process is complete, subsequent customer payments will be transferred more quickly.
