I can help you in paying the federal unemployment tax. 
 

You'll need to double-check that the payment you made has been credited to your account. You can manually record the payment if you made it outside of QuickBooks.
 

1. Select Payroll Tax from the Taxes tab.
2. Choose Pay Taxes from the drop-down menu. Select Record Payment next to the payment you want to make.
3. Select the option to Record Payment.
    

After that, you can reprocess the payment. Also, if SUI was already paid, we're looking at a possible browser issue. 

You can perform basic browser troubleshooting to isolate the issue.

Here's how:

1. Restart your browser.
2. Log in to your account and try to process the payment in an incognito or private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:
   
   Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
   Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
   Safari: press Command + Shift + N
    
3. If it works on the private browser, you can go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache.
4. Then try to process again the payment using your regular browser.
