We cannot access Quickbooks Online Payroll
This is our 2nd payroll without Intuit (4 weeks). No government reports. No customer billing. Major Problem. No one at Intuit seems capable or cares. Need data to move to another service. Why would this company migrate users to a new system without proper testing? We have spent many hours trying to get help from Intuit. As you drill down they will instruct you to sign onto the software and go to help/contact us. The problem is we can't sign in. We were told that this problem is not just a one off problem. Any one else having this problem and found a solution?
