We do not ship our products. Is there a way to delete the shipping address information?

There's a way to remove the shipping address from invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), smgtpc. Let me provide more details on how to do it. 

To eliminate this option, we can adjust the invoice settings as deleting it isn't supported in QBO.  The options above can help minimize it, however, the shipping address information may occasionally populate, requiring manual removal each time.

Here's how:

1. Open an invoice.
2. Go to the Gear icon located at the top right within the invoice.
3. Once the Choose What You Use tab appears, uncheck the Shipping field to hide it.

On the other hand, if you don't want to display the Shipping information upon printing an invoice, you can modify the sales form by customizing it.

1. Go to Accounts and Settings from the Gear icon.
2. Click the Custom Form Style.
3. Create or edit the existing one.
4. Press the Content and choose the upper tile.
5. After that, scroll down to the Display section to uncheck the Shipping field. Then click the Done.

Once completed, it will enable QBO to eliminate the shipping address and forego the need to input any details.
