Question

We got the Simple Start version, but we can't figure out how to get the information on another device (laptop to Ipad). Did we get the wrong version for our needs?

We would like to be use it mostly on the laptop at home, but also be able to access everything on an Ipad at the job site.

Allow me to share some information on how QuickBooks Online (QBO) works.

 

Since QBO is cloud-based software, we can access it anytime anywhere. We can open it on any compatible browser on any computer (PC or Mac) and mobile device with a web browser. Also, since QBO is a web-based program, you will need to have access to the internet to be able to use the program.

 

With this, we don't have to copy or transfer any information. To log in to QBO using any device anywhere, please follow these steps:

 

  1. On your browser, visit app.qbo.intuit.com
  2. Type in your Email or User ID and password.
  3. Click on Sign in.

 

Note that your device should meet QBO's system requirements.
