We have dissolved our nonprofit and I am trying to figure out how to do a comprehensive final export/archive of our QBO file. Has anyone done this?

You can download your archived forms to ensure you'll have a copy of your tax forms from your non-profit business. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Taxes tab on the left side. 
2. Choose Payroll Tax. 
3. Click the View and Print Archived Forms hyperlink under Monthly, Quarterly, and Anual Forms one at a time. 
4. Select All in the drop-down. 
5. Click the form and tap View, then hit Export or Print.

For future reference, you can resubscribe and reactivate your QBO account.
