Question

We only pay our Director annually but on the pay schedule there is no annual option just weekly, monthly etc. How do i process an annual payment?

I'll make sure you can process an annual payment,  chrissy-yellowli. .

 

You can create an unscheduled payroll and manually select the pay period in QuickBooks Online. Just a heads up, we can only create unscheduled checks for the current pay period. 

 

  1. Go to the Payroll menu. Click Employees.
  2. Hit Run payroll.
  3. Choose the employee you want to pay.
  4. Select Create another check.
  5. Enter the necessary information.
  6. Select Preview Payroll, then click Submit payroll.
  7. Hit Finish payroll.
