We paid an employee for being off after testing positive for Covid. The pay period was 9/25 though 10/1. QB says no credit on 941. Called IRS and they said that is wrong.

He should have worked 9/27-9/30. I called QuickBooks and they said because check date was 10/8 it does not qualify. Per IRS website and phone call, check date does not matter. Pay period does. How do I get QB to correct their error?
