We switched from QB Desktop to QB Online for payroll. How do I ensure the previous pay periods are entered correctly for their W2s?

I thought I entered these numbers when setting up employees. I don't see the paychecks listed, and I don't think the taxes are correctly listed on the balance sheet

If you're still having issues after reviewing this guide, set up a prior payroll for QuickBooks Online Payroll, then I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. They have a screen share tool to help walk you through some additional steps. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Click the Contact Us button. 
  3. Give a brief description of the problem and hit Let's talk
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback
