What does it mean when a normally scheduled payroll tax now cannot be paid automatically?

I can help figure out why one of the taxes can't be paid automatically, saga-lseidl-gmai.

QuickBooks Online Core doesn't support local taxes. You'll want to check your email for specific reasons and instructions. However, if you're not using the QB Online Core version, yet taxes didn't go through, you'll have to call our Payroll support to have this investigated. 

Here are the steps:

1. Go to Help (?).
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
4. Choose a way to connect with us.
