My invoice shows - Paid (In Review) what does this mean?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I'll be more than happy to share some information here. Your QuickBooks Payments account may be new when your recipient makes a payment via credit card. There might be details from that payment that need to be reviewed. Please look out for an email from us that may give you specific steps to resolve it. There are times when we will ask for more info so we can complete our review. 

 

The review is usually completed within two business days. After that, the payment will be deposited into your bank account. 

 

You can log in to your Merchant account to see more details about the payment status. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Click Activities & Reports and select Deposits.
  3. Select the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Click Search.
  5. Look for the payment and go to the Fee column.
  6. Click the drop-down list to review the details.

 

If your Payment account isn't new and you still encounter this issue, I'd suggest reaching out to our Merchant Services Team. They'll be able to check the status of the deposit and tell you when it will be deposited to your bank.

 

  1. Go to this website: Contact Payments Support.
  2. Find the QuickBooks Online Payments & Merchant Service Center section.
  3. Get their up-to-date contact information so you can call them.
