Hi there, mansi-mehrotra.

Let me share some information about what 12DD and 12FF in W2.

The Box 12 amounts with the code DD signify the total cost of what you and your employer paid for your employer-sponsored health coverage plan.

Code DD amounts are for informational purposes only, they don't affect the numbers in your tax return.

The Box 12 amounts with the code FF is permitted benefits under a qualified small employer health reimbursement arrangement.

For detailed information about what the Codes in Box 12 mean in QuickBooks, check this article for reference: What do the letter codes in box 12 of my W-2 mean?
