Hi evelyn,

The cut-off time to submit your payroll is 5PM PST at least two banking days before the paycheck date. Paychecks submitted after the cut-off time will be processed on the next banking day and paid two banking days after that. You can check this article for more information:

Let me know if you need anything else.

We use QBO (and the built in full service payroll) and all employees are on direct deposit.

Our cutoff is 5pm pst the day before payday, not two banking days before.  We always run payroll on Thursday afternoon and employees have their funds before noon the next day.

Our payday is Jan 15. We ran payroll on Jan 14 after 5 pm.. There is no direct deposit yet, Today is Jan 17.  It is frustrating.

Submitted payroll before the 5pm cutoff time and it is still saying it won't post till the following Monday! Why is this the case???
