What is the Payroll Elite Worker Charge?
Aside from the QuickBooks Online Payroll Elite subscription charge, there is a Payroll Elite Worker Charge for $10 a person. Why is that?

Welcome to the Community. I can clarify the charges you're getting in your QuickBooks Online Payroll subscription.
We have an additional fee for each employee (active or on paid leave), which will depend on your payroll subscription. These would be $6/month for Core, $8/month for Premium, and $10/month for Elite.
The charges are part of the QuickBooks Online Payroll terms before you sign up for the subscription. To review the details, check our pricing details and disclaimers on our website.
