WHAT IS WRONG WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I worked w/Intuit on a Payroll Correction. They completed the work incorrectly. Now, NO ONE will take a call or reply in a chat. I have been hung up on multiple times today and I waited over an hour in chat only to be disconnected. Is this legal? Can they take responsibility for my payroll and not respond when they screw up? I would like to do anything to get back at them.
Where can I file complaints? How do I get any kind of help when chat doesn't work? Anyone know an attorney that would take this on?
