WHAT IS WRONG WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I worked w/Intuit on a Payroll Correction.  They completed the work incorrectly.  Now, NO ONE will take a call or reply in a chat.  I have been hung up on multiple times today and I waited over an hour in chat only to be disconnected.  Is this legal?  Can they take responsibility for my payroll and not respond when they screw up?  I would like to do anything to get back at them.

 

Where can I file complaints?  How do I get any kind of help when chat doesn't work?  Anyone know an attorney that would take this on?

I hear you and realize the importance of being able to speak with our representative so your payroll correction will be taken care of.

 

As much as I'd love to help you get this matter sorted out, however making corrections for your payroll transactions deals with sensitive information. That said, this needs to be done together with our Customer Care Team.

 

Know that due to the high volume of calls and chats that we received, we may experience a longer wait time. Rest assured your concern will be addressed in a timely manner.

 

I know that you've contacted them already, but I'd recommend reaching out to them again to get this matter resolved.

 

Our lines are open from Monday to Friday 6 AM to 6 PM PST and on Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PST.

 

To reach them:

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Select on the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press on Let's talk.
  5. Select on Get a callback.
  6. Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.
