You'll want to contact our Customer Care Support and work with one of our specialists to pull up your account on file, review your tax profile, and understand how your estimated tax is calculated. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter Estimate taxes is 0 compare to what it is in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Continue.

In the same manner, here's an article you can read to learn more about your tax profile: How to Review and Update your Tax Profile in QuickBooks?

On top of that, I've got you this helpful article for guidance in preparation for the 2020 tax season: QuickBooks Self-Employed Annual Tax Guide.
