When I complete payroll, how come some employees receive notification from Workforce, but others don't?

Normally, if your employees can't receive notification, there could be a few reasons for this, like the email service provider of your employee account has blocked the Intuit sender address. If they didn't see support resources for their preferred email, I suggest letting them contact their email service provider for information on adding or unblocking Intuit email addresses. Additionally, they can check their Spam or Junk files to search for missing emails, and check their emails if it was spelled out correctly. Here's how:

1. Go to the Payroll menu and then select Employees.
2. Click the employee in question.
3. Go to the Personal info section, then click Edit.
4. Recheck/update the email.
5. Hit Save.

Then, you can re-invite them: Resend an invitation to QuickBooks Workforce to view their pay stubs and W-2s.

On the other hand, ensure to ask your employees to turn on the email notification so they'll be notified of receiving emails when their email is correctly saved. You can follow these steps:

1. Have your employee sign in to QuickBooks Workforce.
2. Click the Gear icon at the top left corner, then select Email Notification.
3. Turn the email notification on/off by toggling the check box Send me an email when new pay stubs are available.
