Question

When I enter a pledge, I have to manually turn on the options to accept credit cards and direct deposits. Isn't there a way to set up so that that it defaults to "on"?

If you've already set up your QuickBooks payment, you can turn on the payment methods for your online payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I've got the steps you need on how to turn it on.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon. Then, select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Sales, then click Invoice payments.
  3. If it's turned off, you can turn it on by marking a check.
  4. Hit Save.

 

This way, Online payments are turned on automatically for every invoice.
