When I go to manually make a payroll tax payment a page appears to start loading but just remains blank. I've not had this issue before, please help.

I recommend trying some troubleshooting steps for your browser. Such as, clearing the cache. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time, these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your page not loading.

After clearing cache, make sure to restart your browser. Then, try loading the payroll tax payment page again.
