When I ran payroll this week no taxes were withheld. I ran an update then re-issued checks except one that had already been deposited. When I run payroll next week will it double up taxes on this one employee to catch up?

Since I'm unable to look at your account from my end because of this platform being public, I recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to dig deeper into your account to see why this is happening and to ensure of a few things for you. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Help menu. 
2. Pick QuickBooks Desktop Help. 
3. Tap the Contact Us hyperlink. 
4. Enter the question and hit Let's talk. 
5. Scroll down and choose to get a callback.
