We're beyond delighted to have you here in the Community, @Royce4. I can share other steps so you can see the details in your payroll report when printing.

If you encounter a blank page while printing, it may be due to an available Adobe update or the print screen being open in the background.

Please ensure that the Print Screen function isn't hidden behind any open windows, here's how to check:

  1. Minimize your windows until you see the Print screen. Select Cancel. After canceling, close the blank screen and try printing again. This time, the Print Preview screen will show your content instead of blank.
  2. We can close all your windows, sign out of your company, then sign back in to print again.

For more information, you can refer to this article: Screen blank when printing.

If the issue persists, let's access your account using a private or incognito window to check if it's a browser-related matter. Since this type of browser doesn't store cache.

Here are some keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Try printing the Payroll Summary by Employee report again. If it works, then you can return to your original browser and clear the cache. This action will remove unnecessary data and refresh the program. Otherwise, utilize the other supported browsers to help identify the cause of this behavior.
