Question

When I use Employee Retention Credit hours, EE sick accruals do not work (ERC hours don't get counted by the accrual system.) Any solution yet besides manual adjustments?

For example, if an employee has 80 ERC hours in a pay period, 0 sick time is accrued and I must go in and add a manual adjustment to add to sick time for each employee for each pay period. Is there a fix for this yet?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, misscecilySF.

Currently, time will have to be entered manually when working with Employee Retention Credits. I can certainly understand how an automated feature for making the adjustments could come in handy and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.
