If your company has a biweekly pay period ending on 12/24/21, then, yes, that's your last biweekly pay period in 2021.  The next would end 1/7/22.
 
The reason that I answered using the phrase "your company" is because there could be another QBO user that comes along reading this post for which that statement isn't true... especially since 12/31/21 falls on a Friday.  This year there will be many companies for which their last biweekly pay period ends on the same day that the year does.  WOOHOO, no salary accrual!
