Question

When paying my federal payroll taxes, I am changing the bank account the taxes are to come out of and QBO is reverting the account to the default.

This happened last month as well, I contacted QB and they were no help. I had to use a journal entry to move the funds in QB. Anyone else having this issue? I have tried going incognito and also clearing my history, did not help. I tried a chat with QBO this morning and they ended the chat because I did not respond quickly enough.

We’re aware that some customers are encountering errors when trying to edit their state or federal payroll tax settings. Our engineers are diligently working towards finding a permanent resolution.

 

While we are unable to tell when this issue will be resolved, I suggest contacting our payroll support.
