When requesting banking information from a contractor for direct deposit it says "add manually", but the "request" button is missing and I can't email the request. Help

I'll share the steps on how to send an email to your contractor in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Emily. 

In QBO, you have the option to invite your contractor to securely provide their bank account information. This ensures seamless processing of payments directly to their account. But before doing so, ensure that you've set up your own bank account details in your payroll account. 

If you've already set up your bank account, you have the option to send an email to your contractor to remind your contractor to fill their info and bank details. Here's how:

1. Go to the Payroll on the left panel, then choose Contractor.
2. Select contractor's name.
3. On the upper-right hand corner, click Send email.
