When trying to approve an employee's time got a message it can't be approved. Try again later

You can perform troubleshooting by using an incognito or private browsing window when encountering issues approving an employee's time, @jbrock2977. Let me show you how to do this below. 

Clearing your browser cache or switching to a private window often resolves problems caused by browser glitches. 

• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘+Shift+N
• Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
• Safari: Command+Shift+N

If the error doesn't appear while using an incognito window, return to your regular browser and clear its cache and cookies. This helps eliminate any temporary issues affecting the platform's functionality.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help (?) menu at the upper right corner of the page.
2. In the Assistant tab, enter Talk to a Human.
