When will my businesses online payroll service erroneous account suspension be lifted due to NSF caused by banking holiday at Christmas?

I was expecting an email before this payroll week closing that the ACH issue was resolved by QB payroll service.

I'd like to check this for you and get it taken care of myself. However, as much as I would like to get this handled directly, bank-related concerns require pulling up your account information, which I am unable to do in this public forum.

 

That said, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team since you didn't receive any email. A phone agent has the appropriate looks, like screen sharing, and helps you sort everything out.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.
