Finding your transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed is made handy for you, @jkpanzerdubllc,

The system provides filters so you can go back and find entries added in your account. Use the Transactions or pull up a Profit and Loss report to see them.

Option 1: Transaction Page

  1. Click Transactions from the navigation panel.
  2. Tap the drop-down arrow on the third filter showing Last 12 months.
  3. From the result options, choose Custom date to pick the period you want.

Option 2: Profit and Loss Report

  1. From the Reports menu, head to Profit and loss.
  2. For the period, select a date range or use a Custom date before clicking View.
  3. The data are itemized based on the income or expense types. Click the amount in blue link to get the transactions under that category.

I'm also attaching an article about handling transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed, just in case you might need it in the future: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed
