Where are my W2s?????

In QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Assisted, we take care of filing your W-2s for you. Once they're ready, you have the option to either print copies for your employees or have us send them directly to your employees for an additional fee. The forms will be mailed to your employees via USPS between January 16 and January 31, 2024.

Since you mentioned that you have assisted payroll, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to review your account in a secure environment and conduct further investigation if necessary.

Here's how to reach us:

1. In your QuickBooks Desktop program, go to the Help menu.
2. Click QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. In the Have a Question window, click the Contact Us link at the bottom.
4. From the Contact Us page, select any topic.
