Where are the archived 941 forms? When I search for them it tells me to get a QB online subscription, which I have. I am super unhappy with the new system.

Normally, you can only view your old payroll forms for a year or two within the calendar year after filing them. With this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support.

2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Generate old payroll forms in the What can we help you with? field.
4. Click Continue.
