Hello there. I'm here to help you on how to view the filed quarterly reports using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To view your past filed tax forms and paid tax payments in QBO for a reviewing purpose, follow the steps below to achieve your goal.

For e-filed tax form or we filed it for you:

  1. From Taxes, click Payroll Tax.
  2. Choose the Filings tab.
  3. See your current tax forms in the ACTION NEEDED or COMING UP section. You may also select Resources and Archived forms and filings for the past forms.

For manually filed taxes:

  1. In Taxes, go to Payroll Tax.
  2. Click the Filings tab.
  3. Choose Resources and select Archived Forms and Filings.
  4. To filter what form type you want to view, access the dropdown menu.
  5. Select a form name and click View.
