Where can i find Form 941 for 1 year

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community. I hope you're having a great day so far. 

You can use the steps I'm including below to view your 941 form:

1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. Under Forms, click on Quarterly Forms or View and Print Archived Forms to see the archived ones from prior periods.
3. Tap the 941 link.
4. Tap Preview, then download the form in PDF format or print it.

Form 941 is a quarterly form. There is no version of the form for a year.
