Where can I see my previously filed 941s?

how can i see a copy of my 941s filed in 2020?

    Hello @usercmh,

     

    Let me walk you through the steps on how you can view your previously filed quarterly 941 forms from last year.

    1. Go to Taxes.
    2. Select Payroll Tax.
    3. Click Quarterly Forms.
    4. Choose the 941 Form.
    5. Select the appropriate date from the drop-down menu.
    6. Click View.

    I'd be more than happy to show you where to find your previously filed 941 forms.

     

    If you're subscribed to a Full Service, Core, Premium, or Elite plan:

    1. In the left navigation bar, go to Taxes.
    2. Choose Payroll Tax.
    3. Under Forms, click Download, then pick each form you'd like to save a copy of.

     

    In the event you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll Enhanced, the steps are a bit different:

    1. Go to your Taxes screen.
    2. Access Payroll Tax.
    3. In the Quarterly Forms section, click View Archived Forms.
    4. Choose a form from your list.
    5. Select View.
