Where did my taxes and payroll tabs go?

Let me share various ways to solve your payroll and taxes tab not showing up in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account Menu panel. 

First, let's ensure that your Payroll and Taxes tab wasn't opted out in display in the Menu dashboard in your QBO. To ensure, follow the steps below:

1. At the bottom left, click the Menu settings. 
2. Tap on the Customize this menu.
3. On the box Menu page, ensure to put a checkmark on the Payroll and Taxes box.
4. Once done, click Save.

If the Payroll and Taxes tab didn't show up after doing so, let's perform troubleshooting to ensure this isn't a browser-related problem. Start by logging in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private or incognito browser. Below are the keyboard shortcuts you can use:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
