Where do i find employee's w-2

If you are looking for the W2 kit online, you can order it through our website to ensure your W-2s will print correctly, and your employees won’t have any issues when they file it. 

Here's how to order your W-2 kit (includes envelopes):

1. Go to QuickBooks Checks & Supplies, then select Tax Products.
2. Choose Blank W-2 Kits.
3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete your order.

If you're referring to the previous W2, follow these steps below:

1. Go to the Taxes menu, then to Payroll Tax.
2. Select Filings, then select to print both employer and employee copies of your W-2s and W-3. 
3. Select Archive or View on any of the following:

• W-2, Copies A & D (employer)
• Transmittal of Wage and Tax Statements (W-3)
• W-2, Copies B, C & 2 (employee)
