Where do I find the report to show all the hours and jobs that an employee has every worked for us?

Good afternoon, heather-rowanele.

 

You've come to the right place for assistance. I'd be glad to show you how to run a report in QuickBooks Online to show hours and jobs that an employee has worked.

 

This information can be viewed in the Payroll Summary Report. Here's how to get there:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Find the Payroll section, then Payroll Summary.
  3. Set a date range from the drop-down.
  4. Select a single employee or group of employees.
  5. Lastly, select Run Report.
